The architecture combines components of modern urban life and the historical domestic architecture of the surrounding areas, creating a new typology that unites past and present. The facade is expressed by vertical brick blocks and regular window openings, helping to clearly define the massiveness and height of the building. The façade design has an aesthetic influenced by the combinations of colors and textures seen in contemporary artwork by Sean Scully. The matte brick facades, sleek balconies and anodized aluminum window frames are the epitome of contemporary design, which, coupled with the building's Georgian and Victorian architecture references, demonstrates a thoughtful approach to both new residents and locals.
