Residential Development Project in Mukachevo

A 7,000 sq.m. complex comprising 72 apartments, this development harmoniously blends the essence of modern urban living with the historical character of local architecture — creating a new typology that bridges past and present.
The façade is defined by vertical brick volumes and a rhythm of evenly spaced windows, emphasizing the building’s height and structure. Its design draws inspiration from the color and texture compositions found in the works of contemporary artist Sean Scully.
Matte brick surfaces, minimalist balconies, and anodized aluminum window frames embody contemporary refinement, while subtle references to Georgian and Victorian architecture establish a respectful dialogue between the building, its new residents, and the surrounding city.
